  Ahmed Abdulteif was very knowledgeable and attentive, and had Mohamed the perfect driver 😊 Got to see the Valley of Kings and Temple of Hatshepsut with them, and they definitely helped me better understand the history and context of the sites 😊

  Ammar is a nice person to share part of your day with, he’s knowledgeable and easy going. We saw the key sites and he looked for ways to avoid the crowds whilst giving us plenty of facts. His English is good and we were able to chat about many things.

  Our experience was fabulous. The highlight of our trip was our guide Abdelwahab. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave us a thorough explanation of the entire ancient history. Transfers was excellent too!

  We had a wonderful time with our guide Ahmed Abdulteif. He was very knowledgeable and shared many information about Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Mamnon. We very much enjoyed our halfday tour. It was very relaxed so that we had enough time to visit everything and take pictures. The car was modern and clean. The driver Ahmed was reliable and on time. Thank you very much for this poster experience!

  We wanted to see the main highlights of the Valley of the Kings and this tour seemed to fit our requirements. I was not wrong. Ahmed, our guide and Abdul our driver were excellent from the start. Ahmed gave us some interesting history of the site and the tombs on our way, guided us expertly to each of the tombs we signed up to see and gave us a really good idea of the pharaoh and what the main points are depicted in the tombs, as well as information about the surrounding tombs still under excavation. We explored each tomb ourselves, knew what to look for and enjoyed taking our time. We were not rushed, we had no time limits set on us to get back and move on. Other people around us were panicking as they only had 5 minutes to see the tomb and get back to their guide!! We then moved on to the tomb of Hatshepsut, stopping along the way to see an artisan factory producing alabaster and marble goods, which was really interesting. We were not hassled or pressured to buy anything which was nice! Again Ahmed gave us lots of information about Hatshepsut and her dynasty and we explored each tomb the rest of the tomb which was very different from the other Pharaohs. Our final stop was at Colossus of Memnon, which was a brief stop but still interesting. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour - perfect balance of history, information and awe inspiring relics. I can’t recommend both Ahmed and Abdul enough - they make a great team!

  Had a brilliant trip with Ammar yesterday. Organisation was great with Ammar picking us up on time in the hotel lobby, with a modern taxi and friendly driver. We went straight to the sites and Ammar had the tickets ready so we were able to skip the ques. At the site Ammar suggested the best tombs to visit and gave an overview to some history of the region and the other sites we visited. Would highly recommend Ammar for anyone wanting a knowledgeable and friendly guide.

  Nice tour with lots to see. Recommend going early in the morning for least crowd, we went at 6:30 and it was perfect. We used 4 hours. Azab was our guide and he did brilliant. He was friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend him.

  

• A Thoughtful and In-Depth Historical Experience

  Our guide, Muhammad, was very knowledgeable about history and answered questions clearly and thoughtfully. He took good care of us throughout the tour and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. At the Temple of Hatshepsut, his explanations were especially valuable. He calmly walked us through the reliefs and wall carvings in detail, and the experience would not have been the same without his guidance. It made the visit much more engaging and meaningful. Overall, this tour is a good option if you prefer avoiding medium or large tour groups and would rather have more personal interaction, time for individual questions, and closer engagement with the guide. If that is not a priority, you might consider looking for a group tour instead. In our case, we were unable to find a suitable group option, so we chose this one.
