We had an exceptional experience at Rose Kitchen in Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, everything was so well organized and welcoming. The market visit was fascinating — a perfect introduction to Vietnamese ingredients and local culture. Back in the kitchen, the atmosphere was lively, fun, and hands-on. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about food. Every dish we made was delicious, and we loved learning the little techniques that make Vietnamese cooking so unique. It was one of the highlights of our trip — a perfect blend of learning, laughter, and great food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi who wants an authentic and memorable cooking

Brilliant activity for the food lovers. Started with a visit to the local Hanoi food markets to select the food to be cooked then our group cooked a typical Vietnamese meal at Rose kitchen with chef Tung. He was informative, entertaining and helpful providing background information on Vietnamese cooking and foods. We dined on the food we prepared and then Tung showed us how to make egg coffee, a traditional Vietnamese drink. Highly recommend for a fun afternoon’s activity in Hanoi.

Absolutely wonderful. Tung showed us the way to prepare and then we continued with the preparation. He guided us in terms of cutting the vegetation and correct way of preparing spring rolls. The food was delicious in every aspect-so fresh and tasty. Best Vietnamese food tasted. Highly recommend!!

The staff were all very patient and friendly. I had chloe who was overlooking my table and she would very often crack jokes and teach us tips and tricks, making this experience the more enjoyable.

Linh gave us a market tour with plenty of explanation. We then move to kitchen a lovely hidden place. Explanations were great and she is a good listener as well. We went with our 5yo daughter and it was safe for her to participate. The food was also delicious !
