Note: If you prefer a private class for less or more than 10 participants, please contact us for advice on the pricing and itinerary. Our class is organized in the 500m2 local villa with a beautiful garden, which can accommodate up to 45 people.

Our kitchen is not a professional school but rather a cultural hub offering an authentic local cuisine experience. We aim to provide you with a cozy and comfortable cooking environment, much like being part of a family.

We’ll take you to a bustling local market, where our friendly instructor will guide you through the vibrant stalls and introduce the essential ingredients that define Vietnamese flavors. After the market tour, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get cooking! In our welcoming kitchen — not a formal school, but a lively cultural hub — you’ll learn to prepare four of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes. All tools, ingredients, and step-by-step instructions are provided. Once your creations are ready, sit down together to savor the delicious meal you’ve cooked — the best reward for your efforts. Within 24 hours, you’ll also receive a recipe book by email or messaging app, so you can recreate these flavors back home. Sample Menu: A curated selection of Hanoi’s favorites that travelers love. Vegetarian or vegan options are available on request. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we’ll customize the menu accordingly.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Simon was our chef and took us through the market, he had us speak to the vendors to buy the foods, which was fun. The cooking class experience was great and they accommodated all dietary needs of the group. Would highly recommend taking this class, great experience!

Great experience with a wonderful instructor…Apple. There was a problem in the beginning with an incorrect meeting address but contact was very helpful to resolve problem.

Great experience, Norah showed us around the market to buy our food, and she picked us up from our hotel. We cooked local specialties like Spring Rolls, and we even had the famous Egg Coffee! The premises are superb and Norah is super nice and very professional! we learned a lot and she even provided us with a book of typical recipes at the end! I highly recommend

Mango our tour guide/ chef was amazing. A very informative class with delicious food, learnt a lot not only about how to prepare dishes, but about Vietnamese beliefs surrounding food and the way it is prepared. Highly recommend

Hi - this was a well organised cooking tour. I like the fact it was held in a villa. Both guides (Amy and Mango) were informative and professional. They are not professional chefs but I liked that it was authentic Vietnamese dishes we cooked. I would recommend this tour to others.

We had a most amazing time at Rose Kitchen with Hung, our chef/teacher, on our afternoon and evening of cooking. We started out with a market visit where we bought the ingredients for our dishes and then we went on to the beautiful setting of the kitchen to start prepping and cooking. We learned how to make 4 traditional Vietnamese dishes, all of which were flavorful, aromatic and easy enough to do on our own back at home. The meal was delicious, and we can't wait to make it ourselves. It was the experience that the whole family enjoyed!
