5.00We had a great experience! Eduardo and Luis were facilitating our experience. We started off with the hot air balloon, then went to a cave to eat, did a small tasting of local drinks, and finally went to the pyramids. Great experience. Definitely recommend this tour. Everyone was professional and the hot air balloon ride was safe and so smooth, from departure to landing.
Make sure to get a sunrise flight!

3.00It is important to note that you may not get the sunrise experience. It says pick up at 4:30 am but they may not tell you until the night before that pick up actually isn’t until 6am and you are not doing the sunrise tour. I was really disappointed because no where in the description does it say that pick up could possibly be later than 4:30 am (which is the sunrise flight). Unfortunately for me, I went to sleep at 10pm the night before because I thought I had to wake up at 4am. But at 10:30 pm I got the text saying I won’t be picked up until 6am. I was already ready to go and super confused because no where in the description did it say this was a possibility. Additionally, no where in the description does it say to bring pesos, but you definitely want to bring some if you want to tip the driver, at the restaurant, or go into the pyramid site (210 pesos). This is one of the most affordable tours so I can’t complain too much, you still get a lot for your money. They can pick you up from accommodation (not drop off), the pre-flight experience was super fun, you get driven to the breakfast in a cave, get driven to a little shop to browse and do tastings and a little history lesson, then you go to the pyramids for an hour, then they bring you back. We did not get back until 4:30 pm, even though the listing says you get back at 12:30 pm, so keep that in mind! Nonetheless it was a beautiful experience and everyone involved was super nice and friendly!! I have nothing negative to say about the people, just the logistics and description of the experience could be improved.

5.00Amazing first time experience! I enjoyed every minute of it !!! Alejandra was super sweet and kind to my group along with the captain Alejandro too :) All the staff were very welcoming with open arms and eager to help whenever asked. Definitely would come back again and recommend to family and friends!!!

5.00It was a very amazing experience. We love our driver, tour guide, Crystal, she is super energetic, positive, great vibes. She made the early morning trip very pleasant and fun. And the ballon trip was just amazing and beautiful.
