  DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY – they cancelled the tour at short notice and money was never refunded. NO RESERVE CON ESTA AGENCIA – cancelaron el tour con poca antelación y nunca se reembolsó el dinero. ------------ End of October 2025 I booked a full day tour to the Salpeter mines near Iquique with Altos del Norte. I was writing with an employee over WhatsApp about the details and paid via the link they provided. Only the evening before the tour they cancelled it due to too few people. This was already unfortunate, as they never told me about this risk and we only had one full day in Iquique to do this tour. The biggest problem, however, is that Altos del Norte never refunded the money for the tour. I wrote them several times via WhatsApp and also via E-Mail. In the beginning they promised that I would get a 100% refund soon, but this never happened. After two weeks they just did not react to any messages or e-mails anymore. Now, 1.5 months later, I still do not have my money back. Highly advice against booking with this unprofessional and fraudulent agency! ------------ A finales de octubre de 2025, reservé una excursión de un día completo a las minas de salpetro cerca de Iquique con Altos del Norte.
