Awful! Pickup from the Hotel was at 11, the driver showed up at 12.30, after we send several mssg by whats up. And at first they said they had no driver for us since our trip was the day before!!??? The driver did not understand English and any chance he had drove at 120 to 130Klms , which had us super nervous, and the loud speaker from my cell translator. was not working, so no way to tell that man to calm down!! Awful and nerve recking experience!!! We are tired and done with this Company s mistakes!!!

Driver was at the designated place with a placard showing my name. He was efficient and professional. Spoke enough English to be able to communicate the time and duration of the trip. Traveling to international locations can be difficult with the language barrier, but this driver was a true professional

WONDERFUL! Professional, easy, safe way to get a family of four (with luggage) from the airport to our hotel. Especially after coming off of a long flight, through customs, and collecting our luggage...our driver was there with a clear sign with my name on it. The driver's car/van was clean and he drove us directly to our hotel. We will definitely be using Viator again!
