Join us for a memorable adventure that starts at the stunning black sand beach in La Boca, where the Río Grande de Manatí meets the sea. From there, we’ll journey to the La Cueva del Indio Natural Reserve in Arecibo. Here, you’ll have the chance to explore fascinating coastal arches that offer breathtaking, panoramic ocean views. We’ll delve into the geology of the area, enriching your experience with intriguing insights about the landscape. Our exploration continues as we return to Manatí, where we’ll visit a captivating cave and one of our favorite spots—a serene water spring. This tour promises a blend of natural beauty, geological wonders, and local charm, ensuring a day full of discovery and delight. On our way back to San Juan we'll stop to eat at a local restaurant (at your own expense)

Abdiel was our guide. He was fantastic from beginning to end. Be prepared to walk across uneven and rough terrain as well as getting wet. We visited 3 different locations. Each stop was amazing. Beautiful black sand beach, then on a hike to see where the water has carved out the rock leaving amazing beauty behind. Last stop was to hike back to a cave with bats and bugs I’ve never seen. Then back out to a natural spring where we had a chance to interact with a local family and swim in a very refreshing natural spring. The places we saw are not overrun by tourists. Such a wonderful adventure. I would highly recommend booking one of these tours. Note: Be sure you are physically fit enough to do a lot of walking on uneven ground and have shoes with good traction. No flip flops! The tour is all day, not just 4 hours.

Abdiel was a wonderful host! Our excursion with him felt like hanging out with a friend. We were the only two on the tour and the vibes were friendly and fun; we spent the whole time joking and chatting. Abdiel went out of his way to make our experience as fun and safe as possible. Whether he was taking pictures of my wife and myself or showing us the correct way to climb down slippery paths, our tour guide was attentive and helpful. The food stop was much needed after the hike and the spot Abdiel took us to was affordable and delicious (I recommend the pollo guisado and platanos amarillos)! Pick-up and drop-off was easy, Abdiel even left us directly at our accommodation. The tour lasted more than 4 hours, but we had so much fun that it didn’t feel very long at all. Overall, the tour to Cueva Del Indio was an unforgettable experience. It’s a perfect excursion for casual hikers and those that want to learn about nature. When I return to Puerto Rico I will definitely book another tour with Abdiel.

We love hiking and trying new adventures. This tour was perfect with some rock climbing, exploring caves, and ending with a dip in a freshwater spring.

The best experience ever. Our tour guide, Abdiel, was amazing. He made sure we were safe, gave us such great info and overall was a very engaging. I highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience on the Puerto Rico Indian Cave and Water Spring Adventure! Our guide Abdiel was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture, making the tour both fun and educational. He was very friendly, patient, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe throughout the trip. The cave and spring were absolutely breathtaking, and the guide knew the best spots for photos and to really enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico—it’s an unforgettable adventure!

Abdiel is an excellent guide, very prepared and knowledgeable of his work, we learned culture , food, insects that are in PR etc. He gave us recommendations of places to visit and eat, even took us apple guinea and small snacks I am very happy to have taken this tour 😊
