1.00Poor and disappointing experience. Agency took the money for tour tickets sold at a considerable premium but unable to be used at the venue on the date booked for - waste of time and poor communication and customer service. Ruined a trip to Amsterdam and disappointed children. No care by this agency. Avoid booking through this company and book with the stadium directly for full clarity, better customer service and is a lot cheaper.
