Our Kauai Guided Shore Snorkel takes you on a 2 hour (from start to finish including check-in) guided snorkel with a certified dive instructor from the shore. There is NO Boat involved with this tour. Actual snorkel time is roughly 45 min-60 min. This adventure will have you snorkeling Kauai’s pristine south shore reefs and have you learning about our tropical fish, sea urchins and sea mammals. We are often greeted by a turtle nesting on the beach or a Hawaiian monk seal basking in the sun. What a wonderful experience from a distance, it is the law to keep within 50 feet of our endangered species. Learn more about our Hawaii ecosystem and identify an array of tropical fish. Beginners Welcome. 5.00So, unfortunately, about 20 minutes in I got very seasick and had to be led back to shore. As awful as that was, I have to say that the guides (Sophia and Brett, I believe ?) could not have been more kind or helpful. I am truly grateful to them for that! From beginning to end they were awesome!

5.00My guide David was so impressive sharing the types of fish we’d see. He carefully walked me into the ocean and we must have seen over 10,000 fish, different colors, sizes and shapes just as he predicted. He pointed out eels and other varieties of fish. Sea turtles swam around me and seemed very comfortable. The area we were in was very calm and this was such a perfect day. I visit Kauai every year and this will most definitely be on our list of things to do.

5.00Everything was perfect. We received individual attention and the snorkeling was amazing. A sea turtle swim by and then there was one on the dock just as we were leaving.

5.00This was our first time in Hawaii and our first time snorkeling. Our guide Keoni was amazing! He was very outgoing and knowledgeable about the sea life. He located a couple of turtles that we were able to get a close up view of. Keoni exceeded our expectations and made this such an amazing and memorable experience for my wife and myself! We would definitely do it again if we ever come back to visit the island!

5.00I snorkel often but my wife is reluctant to start. Brett did a great job from safety introduction, engaging in pointing out marine life, explaining ocean environment and the Hawaiian islands. My wife and the other novice snorkeling folks had a positive experience and would go again. We saw four turtles and I got to free dive as long as I was in visual contact, worked for me.
