While you are on your unique journey with us you will be provided with fresh cut fruit, Hawaiian chips as well as a variety of cold beverages to keep you hydrated and feeling recharged! The morning tour (6:30 AM or 7:00 AM) is our most recommended tour due to calmer ocean conditions and more wildlife sightings.
Raft tours will include seeing and possibly entering sea caves and snorkeling, but only if the ocean conditions are safe enough to do so. Your tour’s Captain will make this decision. (We do not snorkel in the sea caves.)
We recommend booking early in your vacation in case of a weather cancellation, you have more time left in your vacation to rebook.
Our tour departs from the west side of Kauai— We meet in Waimea at the Na Pali Riders office.
When ocean conditions are not favorable for a Na Pali Coast tour or the minimum passenger count for the safety and stability of our vessel is not met, you will be offered the following: The option to rebook for a different date and time. The option for a full refund.
You can not attend if you are pregnant
WARNING: The Zodiac© raft makes for a wild and rough ride. Due to the nature of the Nā Pali Ocean Raft Tour, you must be in good physical condition to attend this tour. We cannot accommodate pregnant women, anyone with back or neck problems, medical conditions or recent surgeries.

Your Nā Pali Ocean Raft Tour begins on our 30-foot Zodiac© raft. We take you to Kauai’s remote Nā Pali Coast for an unforgettable adventure! Be ready for excitement as you encounter playful pods of Spinner and Bottlenose dolphins. From Dec-April, you might see Hawaiian Humpback whales. The tour continues past miles of sandy beaches to the stunning cliffs of Nā Pali Coast. Enjoy incredible scenery with magnificent beaches, cliffs, valleys, waterfalls, and sea caves (conditions permitting). The narrated tour is filled with history. Snorkeling in a pristine bay with amazing underwater life is included if conditions permit. Light snacks and beverages are served. WARNING: The Zodiac© raft makes for a wild, fast, and rough ride. We compare it to white water rafting (on the ocean). Due to the nature of the Nā Pali Raft & Snorkel Adventure, you must be ready to experience ADVENTURE ON THE SEA! You must be in good physical condition to attend. We cannot accommodate pregnant women, anyone with back or neck problems, medical conditions, or recent surgeries. If you are not a strong ocean swimmer or cannot swim, you are prohibited from snorkeling during the tour. Thank you for understanding.

5.00This was our first boat tour on Kauai and now the bar has been set so high that we can only repeat this tour again. It was so fun! Captain Croix and Tom had the perfect balance of adrenaline/safety. We got lucky with spinner dolphins surrounding the boat. Although we did not sign up for the photo package initially, we decided to buy the images and videos (about 350 of them) because Tom captured all the focal points we discussed and then some. Highly recommend this tour!!! Oh and the party playlist was great too. We had never snorkeled off a boat before. It was wonderful

4.00The experience is amazing. It is unlike anything you will have ever experienced before and probably will experience. Do not do this if you are not ready for adrenaline pumping adventure. And definitely do not do this is if you get motion sickness. I get motion sick, and I thought by taking medication I would be ok. I was not. The experience of flying along on the boat as the sun rises is incredible. The adventures into the different caves and up close to see the Na'apali coast and different nooks and crannies was breath taking. I would however, liked to have seen the coast from a distance as a landscape. Do not go on the tour hoping for snorkelling. That is not the focus. Rather just know that it is going to be a nice cooling off swim rather. The guys who take care of you were amazing.

4.00This can be a very rough ride especially in the winter months. The snorkeling was scuttled and when could get in the water there was no fish. This is purely a boat ride to see the Napoli coast in a way that you cannot do by land. Looking back I would have gone by catamaran for a smoother ride with the same scenery.
