Enjoyable enough but some limitations

This was an ok trip but with some limitations. Arturo is friendly and talkative. His boat seats 4 and since 8 were signed up, he needed to make two trips out to the island, and only got going 45 minutes after the start time. But there was no time pressure to finish, so ok in the end. The snorkeling was disappointing, all dead coral, few fish, no guidance on where to go, safety or environmental concerns. Although rising sea temperatures are killing reefs, there is apparently good snorkeling within a short ride from La Parguera, just not on this trip. There were two pairs of flippers and a single kayak to shared amongst all participants. We were the only people of the trip interested in using them, so this wasn’t an issue. If doing again I would try to arrange a trip through a specialist dive operator. If you just want to go out to an island a swim around in the warm water, it fine. But bring water shoes, lots of sharp sea coral on the sea floor.

Dropped off at little island - warm calm shallow water with many fish. Kayak also avail for use. Remember to wear water shoes. Masks and snorkels provided. Bring towels

Amazing experience! King Arthur was a wonderful captain. The place is beautiful but crowded so our captain took us to a more secluded area which was good!
Beautiful, relaxing, picturesque.

We had a great day! It was beautiful and the guys did everything they could to make the trip enjoyable. We saw several different kinds of fish a few urchins, a school of fish in the mangroves. And got to swim with some big fish!

Had an amazing time with family! Arturo was a great guide, cracking jokes and making sure everyone was having a good time. The water and scenery were to die for!! It was a perfect day. We will definitely do this again on our next visit! Highly recommend!!

This was one of the best excursions we did thanks to our captain Arturo! He was so welcoming and gave us such a good experienced. He provided kayaks, snorkel gear, and floaters. He even taught me how to swim. We loved it so much that we booked the bioluminescent bay experience with him. This was also amazing and better than the one in fajardo because you actually get to swim in the water. 1000/10 experience and would recommend to anyone who is coming to La parguera!

We loved the experience! the grove we were taken to was so calm and beautiful color, we did kayaking and snorkeling and saw a loooot of fish!

We had a great day on and in the water. What an amazing spot! Our captain took us on a tour along the shore to see the many homes right on the water and we also enjoyed watching the kite surfers in the area while we relaxed and wandered.
