5:00 - 5:30 Pick up from Hanoi Old Quarter(If you book the option from Hanoi) start transfer to Cat Ba Island by bus to Got pier – Got harbour (Bến Gót) and time break 10 – 15 minutes on 5B new hightway. At Got pier – Bến phà Gót, and then get on speed boat travel to Cai Vieng harbour (Bến phà Cái Viềng) about 7 to 10 minutes. At Cai Vieng harbour, get on other Bus move to Cat Ba town & drop-off you at Beo harbour…

08:30: For guests staying in Cat Ba, our bus will pick you up from your hotel in Cat Ba Town or our office at No. 168, 1/4 Street, and head to Ben Beo Pier. The journey takes approximately 10 minutes. At Ben Beo Pier, our tour guide will provide tickets for the Cat Ba Archipelago bay route. These tickets are included in the tour price.

5.00I had a great tour with guide Hana. I enjoyed all the stops. Hana was so reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend this trip to anyone with limited time wanting ti explore Lan Ha bay in a single day.
We feel we have been cheated

1.00We feel we have been cheated... My partner and I started contacting them about a specific tour. After writing a little with them, they get our hotel address, and we end up buying the tour. Then they wrote that this was not possible as the tour would depart from Cat Ba. We would not be able to arrive on time for the tour with the local ferry as we were resident on the mainland. This is what they tell us after we have paid a non-refundable amount. And after we sent our address, which clearly showed that we were on the mainland... it seems that they have deliberately waited to inform us of this until after we had paid. They give us two options. 1. Pay $100 extra for a private speedboat to Cat Ba. Or 2. Pay 36 USD extra for a normal cruise in Halong Bay. We are two young travelers who had already chosen this tour for the sake of our budget and to get away from the large crowds of tourists. We are disappointed and feel cheated because it seems like an easy way to get people to pay extra. Know this before you buy!!

5.00Wow the limestone formations are so beautiful! Anbeck was an excellent guide, and the boat crew did a great job keeping us happy and well fed. Excellent communication from the office staff too.

5.00We had an amazing day visiting Cat Ba with Beka Travel. We had Beck as our guide who was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the kayaking, visiting the fish sanctuary and admiring the scenic surroundings. Mya was helpful with organising the trip for us and the bus to and from Hanoi was very convenient. We would recommend this guided tour to anyone staying in Cat Ba or Hanoi

5.00We had a wonderful day exploring Lan Ha Bay thanks to our guide Anbeck It was a truly beautiful trip, made even more special by his friendly, open, and enthusiastic personality. Anbeck shared many interesting stories and explanations throughout the tour, which made the experience both enjoyable and informative. He also gently encouraged us to try kayaking, even though we were a bit hesitant at first. Thanks to his calm and reassuring way of communicating, we felt safe and confident and in the end, kayaking turned out to be an amazing and unforgettable experience, even for beginners like us. The lunch was excellent and very generous, and we were lucky to be part of a great group, which made the whole day even more fun and joyful. We absolutely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area, and we truly hope you’ll be as lucky as we were to have Anbeck as your guide!

5.00Anbeck was hands down the best tour guide ever! He is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much insight about the area, history, and local life, all while keeping the day fun with his great sense of humor and funny jokes. He also gave excellent local food recommendations that made the trip even better. The Lan Ha–Ha Long Bay full-day boat trip was absolutely amazing, and Anbeck truly made the experience unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend booking this tour and hoping you get Anbeck as your guide!
