    This was well organized in Livorno although by the time we boarded the bus it was 30 minutes past the time stated on the voucher and tickets. We were greeted at the shuttle bus stop by the tour companies staff. Our first stop in Lucca was good but by the time we got to Pisa it was so crowded that we could not get timed tickets to visit anything until 2 hours after our time to be back onboard our ship. It was nice that the tour ended with the bus dropping us uff at the ship so it was not necessary to catch a shuttle.

    Great day out, very interesting, KIKO was brilliant in multiple languages (put me to shame LOL) tour was late getting back to ship due to traffic, but no issues as they were in touch with the ship all the time ... arrived with the crew all prepared for us ...Well done guys

    Lucca was fun. Shopping, sight seeing, and eating. Time in Pisa is limited. Requires a 15 minute walk each direction to and from the bus parking area. Pisa was busy and with the walk to and back will leave little time to explore. If you want to see the pisa tower ensure you have a ticket and that all you like to do.

    It was good transportation to and from Lucca and Pisa, but the tour guide was not as informative and detailed as Ignacio from the previous day in Florence. They got us back to the ship in time, which was the most important thing.
