5.00We recently did a private tour from the Livorno cruise port to Pisa and Florence, and although I was initially hesitant about booking a service that included "just" a driver, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Stefano, our driver, was absolutely wonderful—kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best day possible. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, dropping us off and picking us up at the most accessible spots for each attraction. When we decided we wanted to spend more time at the Tower of Pisa, I texted him to see if it was possible, and his response was, "No problem, take all the time you need." That kind of flexibility and kindness made our day feel relaxed and special. Stefano may not have been a guide, but he was truly a godsend—thoughtful, reliable, and incredibly sweet. I would 100% hire him again to drive us anywhere in Italy. He played a huge part in making our day in Pisa and Florence unforgettable.

5.00Highly highly recommend this trip to anyone! Our guides picked us up directly underneath the ship no need for a shuttle to a meeting point it could not have been any easier! It was an extremely hot day and cold water and AC was provided making the experience even more comfortable. We could pick and choose our own time to explore each place and the drop off points could not have been more central for both Pisa and Florence. Really friendly guides and an amazing experience! You will not regret booking this trip!

5.00We are a family of 6 with little kids 4-12 years old and had the best day with Steffano! This is not a guided tour, but you get a great driver for the day who drops you off super closer to all the places of interest which is exactly what we needed. Steffano gave us a lot of information about all Tuscany during the drive and gave us the best recommendations for our delicious lunch in Florence. It was just a beautiful picturesque day that all our family enjoyed so much!
