1.00DO NOT book anything including this cruise with Viator!!!!!!! They will promise you all kinds of things and it doesn’t matter if you have it in writing and 100% absolute proof they will NOT deliver on their promise or refund when their promises turn into lies. This is a total SCAM company. PLEASE there are so many reputable tour companies and Viator IS NOT one of them. Trust me.

3.00Food was great and the views from the river at night were very good. Our biggest complaint was the live entertainment was extremely loud and continuous the whole dinner cruise. We were not expecting to be in a very loud rock and roll nightclub atmosphere for a dinner cruise.

1.00Please save your money and do not book this. Practically every aspect of this experience was not enjoyable — bad food, cramped tables shared with strangers, bright lights ruining the ambiance and making it difficult to see outside, bad music (the singer was good but the song choices were awful), and poor waitstaff. In particular, one waiter spilled an entire tray of drinks on my wife early into the night, breaking glasses and cutting her hand. He then stood by while his co-worker cleaned up the mess and bandaged my wife’s finger. The manager didn’t even come to our table to apologize on the staff’s behalf. We were offered a free bottle of wine, but I wish we could’ve gotten three hours of our time and ~$380 of our money back instead. Dinner anywhere else would have been a better choice. We seldom regret experiences on vacations, but this was one instance we wish we never booked.

1.00@7:15pm , we arrived at Westminster pier . We are told to wait at room B to wait for schedule at 8pm.They told us some one will get us to join the dinner cruise. We decided to stand outside and wait in line since a lot of people are in line already. There are reserved tables/ seats . We are seated on the last end of the room with a nice view. Then we are ask if we want to go in the different tables. Since another lady want a different chair. We are just fine but irritated about it.3 main course dinner was never explained what we are having. We did get champagne to cheers.we have to wait and listened to jazz band before dinner are serve. Basically food is not appreciated and wait till it’s done.
