This was my family's first time to Europe and we had no idea how big the louvre was and what to expect. Our guide met us at the entrance at a statue. She was very friendly and explained the process to get in. Once inside we se secured our items in the lockers amd the tour started. We did not see much of the Louvre but what we did see in those 2 hours was amazing. Mo was very knowledgeable and she interacted with all of us which made the tour feel less daunting. I woukd highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide (Sid) was incredible! He was knowledgeable, articulate, spoke multiple languages, and was very entertaining. We really enjoyed our tour.

My tour was by Mo, and she was wonderful! She was really knowledgeable and kept a good pace to keep us on time. She covered a lot of art in the time we had available for the tour, and always helped us get close enough from people to be able to properly observe the art. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were left under the rain for 15minutes. Viator website recommended us to be there 15 minutes earlier which we did. Tour guide did not send us the ticket so we waited outside the entrance until she gaves me a ring to let me in. Tour guide voice is too gentle and low, I am having hard time to hear what she said. Microphone or ear piece was not offered
