1.00Tickets were to be available via email 24hrs prior to the scheduled day. They never arrived until an hour before we were to enter. Cab had been cancelled which made it impossible to get to the Louvre. Customer support was poor

1.00I had a horrible experience with Viator. They sold me a ticket at double the price, and then didn’t even send me the ticket. Because of this, I wasn’t able to enter the museum. I spent two hours calling customer service, only to be hung up on multiple times. Finally, their tour leader called and casually said, “I’m going to send the ticket now” without even an apology for all the stress and wasted time. This was by far the worst travel booking experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Viator to anyone,the service is unreliable, overpriced, and completely unprofessional

1.00They never emailed us our tickets. We tried contacting the company, Viatar tried contacting on our behalf. We were on line and still couldn’t get them, so we had to leave and miss the experience of a lifetime.
Would not recommend them as they are not very responsive

3.00Not very responsive, and they sent me the ticket later than expected. I called them multiple times, but no one answered until my time slot had arrived—or even slightly after that—when they finally sent me the tickets. It was really frustrating to receive the tickets two hours after payment. I had purchased a same-day ticket, and they had mentioned that for same-day tickets I might need to call them. I did so, but I received no response even after two hours had passed since my initial call, by which point my allocated time had already arrived—or had even slightly passed.
