1.00The vouchers wouldn’t open, the email I received only contained disclaimer information. I had to call to have them email me the tickets from the Louvre, where the signal was spotty and the first time I called, the call was dropped from poor reception. We almost couldn’t use them. The Louvre itself was terrible- the toilets were difficult to find and out of order. It was overcrowded, with people shoving their way through. The air conditioning wasn’t working upstairs and the windows were closed, so it was incredibly hot with so many bodies inside. We gave up and left after 45 mins.
Initial worries were unfounded. Great experience

5.00Read the reviews and began to get worried as this was a last minute trip on Bastille day (booked this around 2 weeks prior to going) and nowhere else had tickets available. Communication prior to the trip was slow and was better on WhatsApp than through Viator, however, tickets came through around 18 hours before the day and I had absolutely no problems getting in. Would definitely recommend and not sure what has happened for the people to give 1 star reviews but it was a great day after we initially became worried we wouldn’t be able to see the Louvre due to being sold out everywhere else.

1.00They charged me the price as soon as I placed an order / purchased the tickets. But never sent me voucher / ticket with barcode. I was stopped at museum entrance. They it was too much efforts to reach out to their customer service , after 30 mins they sent me barcode ticket. Which didn’t work and museum told me it is used voucher. Another hassle to reach their customer service and had to ask for right voucher. I lost so much time , had train to catch and due to this couldn’t finish the museum . It ruined my experience. Don’t buy tickets from this provider.
