1.00Do not book! The tour operator never showed up and now we are fighting to get a refund! We waited over 15 minutes and Viator couldn’t reach them either.
Terrible DO NOT USE VIATOR, go direct to the Lourve.

1.00You sent the wrong tickets for the lourve they have to have a Qr code NOT a barcode! You ruined our trip to Paris! Even after many attempts to call Viator the person couldn’t get ahold of the local tour company!

1.00Absolutely terrible and disappointing. We buy our tickets for the Louvre 2 months in advance and a few days before, we are told we cannot honor our reservation of 10am and ask us to shift to noon, which we accept if official confirmation of fear leaves. Which never happens. So we restart the day before, no news, so we show up at 10am as planned on our tickets to avoid any problems. Nobody at the meeting point. Via chat exchange, we manage to contact an agent who joins the partner to accompany us to enter and we are confirmed noon. Still nobody at noon. We are told to cancel our reservation and proceed with our refund, but postpone our reservation until tomorrow free of charge as compensation. Never heard back afterwards and we couldn't get a ticket to the museum during our stay. We are Canadians, the Louvre was long planned for us and it was a complete and utter disappointment with your Service that prevented us from realizing what we had crossed the ocean for. We will never recommend it or use it in the future. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS.

1.00The travel agent is manipulative and is corrupt. He managed to get entry without buying actual tickets on our name. Surprised to see Viator has decided to be blind and tolerant to this outright corruption.
