2.00To be very clear, there was no issue with the tour itself, John was very pleasant and informative as a tour guide. To put it simply, they never sent our train tickets so we had to spend 300 and purchase tickets when we got to the train station, it is kind of a big deal that a tour that cost over 700 usd would drop the ball like that and I personally wouldn't take the chance with them if you are reading this review.

5.00This was a great trip. John Munoz was my guide. He was awesome! He took some great pictures. I did circuit one. The staff brought me my tickets the day prior. Machu Picchu is one of the greatest sites in the world. Getting to Machu Picchu is not easy below I will lay out the logistics. 04:20 AM the day of the tour someone picked me up in a taxi from my hotel in Cusco and took me to a large double decker tour bus. This bus then took me to the train station where I took a train from Wanchq( Cusco) to Ollantaytambo. Then from Ollantaytambo I took a train to Machu Picchu town called Águas Calientes. There I met my guide John. Then all the tourists take these buses from Águas calientes to the entrance of Machu Picchu. We explored circuit 1. This offers the best views. The tour ended then I took the bus to Águas Calientes. I ate at the restaurant provided. Then I took the train from Águas Calientes to Ollantaytambo. Then a taxi took me from there to Cusco! Long day but worth it

5.00Amazing trip! A bit of a hiccup with the taxis but the tour company was super helpful every step of the way and helped us get it straightened out. Long trip to and from but Macchu Picchu isn't exactly around the corner from Cuzco so just know you're in for a long day of travel. Alfredo (Ryan) was an amazing guide who really made our time in the mountains memorable.
