5.00When you exit the baggage claim you’re still on the inside of MAD. That’s where your driver awaits. No hassles after figuring that out. 45 minutes later we were in Madrid city center. Quick and efficient.

5.00Ruben was the kindest and the most helpful. My flight was delayed and I got stuck at passport control and he still waited and gave me updates. He also was a great tour guide! The whole ride to the hotel he gave me recommendations and history notes on the locations we passed on the way to the hotel. Will book again! Ease of mind and a kind person makes the start you your trip great!
