Buses are adapted for passengers with reduced mobility. The features include an automatic access ramp, reserved space for wheelchairs with safety clamps and fastenings, and an extended ramp and kneeling system to the right of the bus.
Please note that the itinerary may be altered due to events or celebrations in the city (cultural events, sports events, official acts, or construction works).
The guided walking tour of Madrid is offered in either English or Spanish. You can check information or reserve your spot using the QR codes available onboard the bus.
The Panoramic Tour ticket is valid for both routes for 24 hours after redemption, any day of the week. Only one trip per route is allowed.

Route 1 (Blue) and Night Tour will take you to discover Historical Madrid. 2.00It is a tour of the city. Not a hop-on hop off bus. Don't make the same mistake we did and think it was. The only way to get a good view is if you are up on top. If you happen to be inside the bus, don't expect to see much of anything.

3.00It was OK but not amazing. I have been on several of these bus tours around the world and this one was so so. You need to get there 1.2 hour eatly to get in the line if you want to be on the upper deck!! Even though we had our wlectronic tickets and proof of payment on the viator app, 2 tickets from our party of 4 could not be recognized with their codes so it was a hassle. They said they were having technical difficulties bit… at 9pm there is nobody to help!!!!

4.00The evening tour of Madrid is beautiful. Highly recommend if you go around Christmas time as we saw the lights being hung and it looks amazing.

3.00I couldn't retrieve my tickets. The Viator app an email had link to retrieve tickets, but it didn't work. The local agents could not get them either. Finally, I had Viator resend the tickets. This took an hour. We got stuck in Madrid traffic. It took closed to an hour to go six blocks. This was not the fault of the bus company, but it took away from an otherwise good excursion.

2.00I do not recommend this Enterprise. Not only did they not work in demonstration, without leaving someone from the Enterprise to report it, but the tour was not good. It was going too fast, the recording didn’t match what we were going through and I didn’t even brake to see it from the vehicle.

4.00The ride was good. There are 2 loops. Several points of interest were repeated. Bring your own headsets (brought my Bose). Clean bus, friendly staff. It’s unfortunate the internet directs you to them as “Hop on-Hop off”. In Madrid, it seems to not be allowed and it’s just a continuous ride. Overall, a great way to see the area and get information.
