Rosita is the best tour guide! Excellent mixture of history, food, drinks, and great company! She even recommended the best flamenco show in town and got us front row seats! Don’t miss this one!😁👍🏼

Our guide Florin was great. Very personable and comfortable guiding us from one restaurant to another. We tried a wide variety of local dishes and drinks, while he entertained us with history and local insights. Highly recommend Florin as a guide, and this tour.

Terrific mix of food, drink and history — an excellent introduction to Madrid! Our guide, Rosita, was wonderfully informative and lively. Food and drink were delicious, and the overall experience was a lot of fun. This tour was recommended by a friend, and we are glad we took his advice!

This was my first of what would become 3 Devour Tours during my two-week stay in Madrid. It was fantastic! Samantha was a wonderful, highly knowledgeable guide in every way. Like all the Devour Tours guides I had, she was from somewhere else but had adopted Madrid as her home, which to me just goes to show that Madrid is a city that wins people over for life -- Samantha's love and knowledge of Madrid was aparent in every spot we visited and every (delicious) tapas we tasted. We went to places I never could have found on my own. I have to admit it was great to have someone else order for me, especially during my first days in the city when I wasn't acclimatized yet. At the end of our fantastic evening, I said Samantha had already improved my trip 500% and had set me on a path for a better stay overall. So I decided to do more Devour Tours! Those were equally valuable and I will review separately -- the early access Prado tour -- to die for for art lovers (our guide was from Romania but I forget his name, he was great); and the Prado + Botin dinner (which I did with Cassy, my third wonderful Devour Tours guide!), both special access events worth every penny. I would have also done the paella + market tour, but it's fully booked until next month. I fell very lucky to have fallen upon Devour Tours in my Internet search. A few people I met on the tours had had recommendations from friends and travel agents. A real find!! (and I have travelled extensively my whole sixty plus years, so I feel I have perspective). Oh, and aparently Devour Tours was started by a couple of foodies in Madrid, so it's not a huge faceless organization. The guides clearly liked the company and their work. I also met some very nice people who had the same idea I did about visiting this lovely city. From what I could tell, everyone had a wonderful, memorable time!

José was so lovely. Chill, knowledgeable, chatty and hooked us up with amazing food places. I always regret not booking a food or bus tour within the first couple of days and once again I stuffed up... there were SO MANY of the places we ate and drank at that I would have returned to. And on that, there were a lot of stops and a lot of variety in the food samples! Perfect! AND José also then emailed us all his list of favs! Guess I need to come back to Madrid soonish 😁 Alison

We enjoyed this walking tour very much. The small group, a very knowledgeable guide, and a nice/diverse selection of tapas and drinks at 4 different bars created a really good experience for us.
