5.00The highlight of my time in Seoul! Minseon had a wealth of knowledge and it gave me a new appreciation of the art and tradition of kimchi. The market experience was very authentic and full of all sorts of foods and medicinal foods with amazing smells. We were so well looked after, the food was delicious and it was such a treat. 5.00Wow!! Great experience with Chef Kim, learning all the basic skills cooking Korean food. Walking through the oldest traditional market with her was a joy, she was a local and it was nice to see their interaction with each others. We made kimchi pancakes, kimchi with pork belly, japchae all of our favorite dishes! Thank you Chef!

5.00We booked the market tour and cooking class at OME Cooking Lab for our family of four and it was one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Seoul. Our instructor Minseon started by taking us through the local market, walking us through all the ingredients and explaining their role in Korean cooking before we headed to the kitchen. The class itself was fantastic — we made gimbap, seaweed soup, bulgogi, and japchae, all from scratch. Everything was hands-on and well-paced. Our kids (ages 12 and 14) were completely engaged the whole time, and Minseon was incredibly patient with them, making sure everyone had a role and understood each step. The food turned out amazing, and we left feeling like we actually learned something we could recreate at home. This is the kind of authentic, personal experience we always seek out when traveling. Highly recommend for families — we’d do it again in a heartbeat.

5.00I highly recommend this Cooking Class in Seoul! ⭐️🍳🇰🇷 Everything was top organized and explained super understandable. A big thank you to Minseon – she not only led the course very well, but also made it really fun 😄👏 The visit to the market was particularly exciting 🛍️ – this gives you a real insight into Korean cuisine and culture. The whole course was totally entertaining and just fun! Absolutely recommend!

5.00I really enjoyed scrolling around the different markets and learning all about the local and seasonal vegetables available during this time. The cooking class and menu offered were very interactive and something I feel I can actually try to make at home! The ingredients were fresh and our teacher was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. She was very passionate into teaching us the process, and made sure we all have an amazing, beautiful experience. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!

5.00Was such an amazing experience! Minseon was so welcoming and friendly. I would 100% recommend this to everyone coming to Korea, the price is so cheap compared to the hours she spends teaching and sharing her knowledge with you. Definitely doing again next time I visit 🫶

5.00A great insight into traditional Korean food. Really enjoyed the market tour and cooking class ... the kimchee pancakes that we cooked tasted better than many we have bought. Great for singles, couples, and small groups of friends.
