5.00We had two drivers that picked us up. Rafaat and Andrew. They were great in every way. Very attentive, professional and informative the full ride to the hotel. We want to thank you both of an AMAZING way to start our trip to this incredible country. The cost was very reasonable, and they were more than worth it. 5.00Highly recommend this service! It was the easiest arrival in a foreign country that I've ever had. My meet and greet agent met me in the immigration hall and handled everything. I didn't have to wander around, trying to figure out where to go and what to do. It was very efficient. He also helped me get a SIM card for my phone. He was very professional. The driver who dropped me off at my hotel was also excellent. I'd recommend this service to anyone, even experienced travelers, since it makes everything so much easier. I also booked at the last minute (the night before my arrival), and they were still able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.

5.00Oh My!! When I tell you our escort HeSham was there waiting for us patiently. I was so happy yo see him for my group of 19 people. We had no worries about getting through the airport and MOST IMPORTANTLY he assisted us with applying for our VISA...ALL 19 of us without a hassle. He had our transportation waiting on us so there were no wait time and you would not believe this!! Once Hesham made sure we were safely on our pickup vans (we needed two) his partner Karim took over the tranfers for him...introduced himself as our tour guide for all the tours we booked throgh them and Karim made us feel so comfortable and went out of his way to make a stop for my HUNGRY CREW at McDonalds at the wee early morning of 2am without hesitation!! When I say we had the best tour guide and our meet & greet person Hesham they were both remarkable!! I would definitely use their service for each trip I take and make referrals to others. Please use their service for any trips and Excursions you may have in Egypt. You will definitely not be disappointed!!! Signed...One Happy Customer😊

5.00Had a wonderful driver Assem. We arrived, they had someone meet us, get us through the lines, and through the various check points. even though we did have to wait in the customs line it went fairly quick. Keep in mind you will have to walk about 4 minutes down to the parking. If new to the country, they help get you out and quick. I do not recommend trying to drive in Egypt

5.00Stress and hassle free. The airport wasn’t particularly busy but Hesham helped with immigration, baggage, and had a car waiting to take us home. I travelled with elderly parents and a young child so it was worth the cost to me.
