  Cairo arrival was made completely stress-free thanks to this outstanding meet-and-greet service. The visa sticker process was handled effortlessly, and our transfer to the hotel was smooth and well-organized. Poula was extremely professional, polite, and easy to reach via WhatsApp, which made coordinating everything simple and reassuring. Truly excellent service—highly recommended.

  Using this service made our arrival super easy. When we arrived at the customs area, we saw someone holding a sign with my name. We gave them the $25 per person to repay for them already having purchased visas. He walked us to the desk as he applied them in our passports and filled out some kind of arrivals form we weren’t aware of. Then he got a luggage cart and enjoyed chatting until our suitcases came out. Next, he escorted us through the nothing to declare exit, and led us through the crowded outdoor pickup area straight to the car, whose driver took us to our hotel. We were tired and jet lagged, and while we could have figured it out on our own, it was so much quicker and easier to do it this way. I would do the same thing the next time I visit and recommend anyone else does the same for an stress-free arrival.

  This was a fantastic experience. We usually handle this on our own but felt like having a local with us would make sure the passport and visa process went smoothly. Paul responded soon after I booked this to make sure he had all the information and to let me know the process that would occur. Another Paul met us before passport control. He had our visa’s ready. Then he guided us through the passport control and through customs. It was smooth and easy. Then we were transported to our hotel. It was very much worth the money spent and a great introduction to Cairo/Egypt.

  I can't write enough of recommendations for egypt marvels tours. I usually spend Thanksgiving to Christmas with my family in Egypt and usually struggle with the means to go to the airport as my mother has a specific health condition as well as being on a wheelchair and having lots of luggage. I decided to book this itinerary for aVIP transportation from home to Cairo Airport and assistance like a fast track inside.. From the moment I booked, Pola (his number is at the booking contact) responded promptly and received from me all the details and the time I wanted the car to pick me up as well as the number of pieces of luggage that I had. I explained my mum's condition and he was very attentive and assured me she will be taken care of. He contacted me again for confirmation 2 days before the date of my departure as well as on the day to let me know what time he will be arriving to my house. He Arrived in an immaculate seven seater car that accommodated all our luggage , as well as the wheelchair , his colleague and himself were so attentive to my mama and took care of her until she was properly seated in the car. We had pleasant funny talks in the car. And once we arrived, another colleague took care of us through a quick fast track inside the airport where he was with us on every step of the way. From counter check in to immigration , everything went smoothly.We were inside towards our gate within a maximum of 20 minutes..   Paul and Paul were fantastic! We were met at the arrival area before customs. Paul took us through the immigration and customs with ease, quickness, and simple. They loaded our luggage into the car as soon as we exited the airport.

  We were very pleased with the service. There were long lines everywhere, and this took the hassle out of figuring which line to be in. We just waited for the passport formalities to be done and then we were escorted out of the airport and handed off to our driver that took us to the hotel
