1.00This operator failed to issue tickets, but rather a voucher that required you to redeem it for tickets prior to the tour. Of course the voucher had no address for where it could be redeemed. I emailed the operator the night before the tour, and they failed to respond. The next day we showed up at the designated tour start, and nobody showed up. After multiple emails with Operator and Viator, they suggested I call the operator. Of course there was no number available to do so. After much ado, they gave me a number, and the person that answered knew nothing about a tour. This appears to be a scam or horrible company. We wasted our morning and cab fare on this "tour." Do not take it under any circumstances. Viator says they will refund the tour price paid, but refuses to reimburse us for wasted cab fare. Very unhappy customer here!

1.00Terrible. We tried to contact the tour company the day before and then the morning of and received no reply back. Then on the day and time of the tour, the guide did not show up for the tour. So we were unable to go on the tour or see the city. As it was a late afternoon tour, it was also too late to get another tour that day, so an entire day of our visit was wasted. Very unfortunate.

1.00Guide was a no-show. We waited over 20 minutes and received no communication from the company. 10 hours later and they still haven't responded to my messages.

1.00Good Evening, I have already sent you a message about this activity. Apparently there was an error and I ended up not being on the tour. The company Sam's Lost have guaranteed me a full refund.
