2.00the guide we had talked to fast, was hard to understand, never responded to question and when I asked her if she would slow the pace of walking she ignored me. My wife and I were often at least a 1/2 a block behind the group even though I explained to her I had a bad ankle. Another gentleman in our group fell face first unto the pavement and she was unaware of it and did not seem to even deal with his injuries. Fortunately her supervisor was in the area as well as the police to assist the injured man.

3.00The “tour” is some facts while spending 1.5 hours in line for the elevator. People are very angry when the top is closed. Very hard job for the guide!
