5.00The positive experience started right off the bat with the live chat and continued through the wend of the actua tour. Fast entry into Notre Dame Cathedral as opposed to a long line. Excellent audio tour that was easy to use on my phone with my own headsets. Very complete and interesting information about Notre Dame and it's art work along with having a pleasant voice to listen to. Have been before without an audio tour and this was much better.
Do not book this. You can enter church for free and audio guide at church is only 3 euro

1.00A rip off. Told less then 24 hours before vist that needed to download another app and use my own phone and headphones for the audio tour. No time to obtain headphones and the app had no record of my booking.

1.00We were not able to use the service because nobody could save our voucher. No explanation to find the app because no audio guide as advertised at the time of purchase. This is lamentable and dishonest. I did show up in the central reservation aisle but nothing! I'm asking for a refund. I used to travel and nothing was clear. I had already sent a message the day before because I did not understand how it worked. It is strange, I already used Viator and it was impeccable!! I look forward to hearing from Viator. I paid 84€ for a service that I could not use!!! Apparently I wasn’t the only one who had this problem.

3.00That there is no guide to meet. The “voucher” does no good. You must have downloaded the ticket sent to the email or text with the QR code. This was not made clear.
