During the visit it is possible to see the typical products of Emilia Region. In particular the visitors will enter inside of the traditional factories and discover the production of the real Parmigiano cheese, Parma Ham and the traditional balsamic of Modena. In each factory there will be the tasting. Our tours include: pick up and drop off in Parma, guide, entry fee in the factories and tastings.

We booked this tour and we really looking forward to it during our stay at Bologna . The tour operator cancelled at the last moment so we didn’t get to go. Very disappointed and although the cost of the tour was refunded our $56 AUD currency costs left us out of pocket

Incredible experience - getting to see different local families produce and create the most beautiful cheese, ham and balsamic. Such an art and passion. So worth it!

This was a great excursion that began with a visit to the parmigiano factory, where we witnessed all aspects of the production this wonderful cheese, including a generous sampling. We also went on to the facility where they cure and age Parma ham, accompanied by a generous tasting with wine, and finally to the Modena balsamic vinegar tasting, Our guide Mattia was very knowledgeable and friendly. Being in this region of Italy begs this experience and this tour did not disappoint.

The parmigiana and Parma tours were excellent! However, the balsamic tour/tasting was disappointing. The woman spoke far too fast to understand much. It was more of a tasting to encourage purchasing.

This is a fabulous experience from beginning to end. We learned so much and ate & drank great food & wine! Roberto was a wealth of knowledge and quite humorous.😁 We had never been to Modena, so we did that extension and it did not disappoint! This is definitely a worthwhile and tasty tour!
Overpriced tour. Not worth the $. Stay away.

Way Overpriced. 6-7 hour tour with no lunch provided. Limited restroom breaks. Parmesan Reggiano facility excellent. Tour guide excellent. Prosciutto facility was interesting. Modena balsamic tour was terrible. The guide was terrible. She rushed the tour and spoke with a heavy Italian broken English that was not easy to understand. I recommend not booking this tour

Great tour featuring all the delicacies of the Emilia Romagna Region. Nice tasting with Lambrusco wine. Interesting see how all the products are made. Would recommend!
