Enjoy a easy bike tour to visit a Parmigiano Reggiano cheesefactory and see all production chain, to know the secrets of this great cheese and the huge storage with thousands wheels of cheese!
We ride in the countryside, low traffic roads and bike's lane, to relax and "taste" our nature!
Before lunch we back in the city and we go to taste our cured meat and local wine in a special delicatessen or an "osteria".
In the afternoon the production process does not take place
There is also a possibility to rent an electric bike

5.00We rode bikes out of Parma into farm country and toured a cheese factory. Then we tasted cheese and then rode to a meat shop to taste fresh prosciutto.

2.00We were disappointed with the tour. We only stopped at two places and was only three hours not four. We all agreed that on a bike we should be able to see and stop at many more places.

5.00Had a blast with Davide on a tour to parmiggiano regiano and balsámico producers. Also got to try an authentic local restaurant for cured meats and other local specialties. Delicious, beautiful countryside ride, and we learned a ton. Highly recommended!

5.00Quite an enjoyable ride, not too long, mostly on bike paths, to a Parmesan cheese maker. The process was fascinating and our guide was knowledgeable and did not rush us through, so we had time to appreciate how much physical labor is involved (and why real Parmesan cheese costs so darn much).

5.00Just spent a really fun few hours cycling from central Parma to a cheese producer in the countryside to learn about how Parmigiano (NOT parmesan, fellow Brits) is made as well as a tasting, before enjoying a selection of cured meats in a deli back in town. Davide was an excellent host, informative and chatty, guiding us in detail through the process at the factory where we saw the workers in action, and the bikes were good quality. The only thing is that we all wished we'd booked a longer tour. Thank you Davide, an excellent morning.

5.00Fantastic visit to Parma! We upgraded to e-bikes which was the way to go in the June heat, even though the 20-30 ride to the countryside was nice and easy. Private tour of the parmesan factory was super cool and informative. Perfect way to spend the afternoon!
