5.00Julie, the contact person from the car rental company, contacted us the day before to give us detailed directions to the pick-up location, and that someone would be waiting for us with our name signs. She even changed the pick-up location for us, saving us a lot of walking in the hot sunny afternoon; we were so grateful. At first, we thought the trip would only have one driver/guide, but when we learned that there was another guide accompanying us, we felt it was well worth it. Our guide Mr. Ong was very knowledgeable and friendly, he shared various information about Penang to us. We went to the places we wanted to see, had famous local food before we returned to our cruise ship. We visited all the places we wanted to see within the 5-hour chartered car time, and even enjoyed some famous Penang local cuisine before returning to the cruise ship. It was a smooth and seamless trip, thanks to the attentive Julie and Mr. Ong and the driver, making our family trip a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend this trustworthy chartered car company.

5.00How knowledgeable our guide was and how generous he was…..offered to use his own money to pay for entry fees and ice creams as we didn’t have local currency. We repaid along with a generous tip for him and the driver. Great tour 😃

5.00We spent half a day with our now friend, Mohammed Firdauz on our second day in Georgetown. Great way to get oriented & Suss out some of the main historic sites (and other sites of interest along the way). Mohammed has excellent English, has excellent knowledge - historically & otherwise - I’m very inquisitive, and he met our every need. A he’s a lovely bloke to boot. Highly recommended!

5.00Magen was great! We booked this for a group of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children (12 , 9, 7). We did this as a cruise excursion and it worked out splendidly. Driver sent us a text prior to us getting off the cruise. Met us just outside the terminal and we were off. Magen had a map of places and suggestions. We had him take us to the laying down Budda, the Quay, factory, coffee and chocolate shop, and then Penang Hill. Since there were so many of us and it was a holiday that day, Magen recommended we take a hero to the top of Penang hill. We were glad we did. Not only was it less expensive, but we avoided long queues at the top of the hill of people waiting for the train back down. A great way to see Penang - Highly recommend this!
