Step 1 – Booking Confirmation Once you book your transfer, you will receive an instant confirmation with all details, including pickup time, location in Penang, drop-off in Ipoh, vehicle type, and driver information. Step 2 – Pre-Trip Reminder One day before your journey, we will reconfirm the pickup time and share the driver’s contact and vehicle details. Any special requests (extra luggage, baby seat, sightseeing stop) can be arranged in advance.
