This wasn’t just a history lesson; it was a journey inward. We explored how reason, reflection, and awareness—core philosophical principles—can align with the tools of psychology to help us better understand and heal the self. By the end, I felt both intellectually enriched and emotionally renewed.

Great insights on the different schools of philosophy while “being there”… walking the same paths as Socrates, Platon and Aristotle's made our visit to Athens feel special. Time elapsed too quickly…

Meeting Lampros, our guide, was easy as he shared his location with me in WhatsApp. He ensured our comfort at all times in the heat, chosing shady spots to impart information to us. The tour was really enjoyable & showed the importance of free thinking and the development of ideas. I shall certainly be trying to apply some of what I've learned in everyday life. I'd absolutely recommend it.
