Cathedral opening hours (last entry is 30 minutes prior to closing) are Nov-Feb 10:00 AM-12:45 PM, 2:00 PM-5:00 PM, March 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, April-Sep 10:00 AM-8:00 PM, and Oct 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
Please leave all metal objects, bags, or containers at the cloakroom located at 21 Piazza del Duomo (80 m from the entrance to the tower)
Due to high demand, your chosen time slot may not be available, the tour hour will be moved in order to guarantee the service

5.00Seeing and climbing the Tower of Pisa on a perfectly sunny day was truly memorable. The tower is beautiful as were the panoramic views of Pisa. The tickets were sent electronically in the Viator app and on WhatsApp. They were easy to access and use. The audio guide was helpful. It was a great experience!

1.00I wouldn’t recommend this company if you have a tight schedule. My reservation was moved multiple times. I confirmed it over the phone, waited for tickets, and then it was moved again. I’m now waiting for two separate refunds for two tickets I purchased. I ended up booking directly with the leaning tower. I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I did spend quite some time on the phone just to be moved around. They did offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase.

5.00We got on the bus in Livorno towards central station for the train. pay attention to a bus ticket you do NOT buy in the bus is not possible driver says ahhh walk on but the inspectors get on the bus and everyone who does not have a ticket gets a ticket (the driver quickly leaves) otherwise it would have taken a beating, in total 12 tourists got a ticket so pay attention to what you do for a ticket of 1.70 !!
