Pisa food tour is a walking tour around the center of Pisa. The tourist is guided by a "Foodie", a local "buddy" able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities and he will make try the real pisano taste and flavours.

Do Eat Better Experience tours are a mix of high-quality gastronomy as a way of showing Italian culture and lifestyle and a walking experience together with a local friend. This is the reason why we accept small groups only: we want to focus on a genuine exchange and give to each tourist the highest attention possible.

Please, note that the tour is always run in English and Italian; other languages upon request.

My wife and I had an amazing time on this tour. Our guide, Giordano, was exceptional: super knowledgeable and friendly. And of course, all the food was fantastic. This is the perfect way to introduce yourself to Pisa’s cuisine and culture. Highly recommend!

Yessss, yesssss, yesssss!!!! This was an amazing tour the my group absolutely loved and it was so fabulous that I convinced my husband that we may need a long weekend trip to Pisa just to do it again!!

We had a great food tour around Pisa city center. The food we tried was excellent and very delicious. Our guide Giordano made a great choice of places to go and he always made sure we were alright 😊 We definitely recommend taking a food tour with Giordano 👍🏻

Great to taste all of the local foods from several stops along the way and hear more about their history of the dishes! Wine/beer is included, but you can opt for more if you want….

Underwhelming. The tour is not for foodies. We expected more of a culinary experience. Instead we went to a street side “deli” for the charcuterie and a fast food stand for the meat portion of the tour. We ate a small portion of meat on paper plates. For the 2nd course, we visited a nicer restaurant for the pasta. That was good, but uninspiring. We capped it off with a stop at a gelato shop for dessert. There’s gelato shops on every corner in Italy. Nothing remarkable. I wasn’t allowed to choose an ice cream sandwich since it was slightly more expensive than a single scoop cone. All the places we visited were better suited for college kids on a budget. I expected way better than the $272 cost. Another example of a dumb tourist being ripped off. Who don’t I contact for a refund? No value for the price.

My cousin and I were the only ones on this tour. We really enjoyed having a “private tour”. Alessandra was a great your guide. I enjoyed all of the food on the tour. Most visitors go to Pisa to just see the tower. This tour takes you around the town. There was so much to see. I would highly recommend taking this tour.

We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Giordano was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the day for us. We loved trying the local food and going to places slightly off the tourist map and trying local cuisine. It was exactly what we hoped for and more. Would highly recommend if you are a foodie and definitely do not eat, preferably for a day before it, as there is so much food!

Giordano was a great host for this food tour. Very knowledgeable, friendly and laid back. We would have never seen some of the areas that he brought us if it wasn't for the tour. We ended up going back that evening to explore more. Highly recommend a food tour in Italy.
