5.00Miguel was our guide and he was amazing. He did a fantastic job explaining the background and hidden messages in these great works. Had a little fun with it too! Sometimes when you go to these iconic museums you don’t even know where to begin. This was definitely worth it. 10/10!

5.00Enjoyable tour with interesting comments on the paintings seen in the tour and using other materials to better understand some concepts. After the tour we could stay to visit other works not included in the tour. It was certainly a good experience to have done the museum tour with Angel

1.00This was a terrible experience. I purchased a ticket for a guided tour of the Prado Museum in English at 1:00 pm on Oct 17, 2025. Less than 24 hours before the tour was to begin, the operator notified me by email that they changed the time to 9:45 am, which I was unable to attend. I immediately contacted the operator by email, by text message and again by phone message to inform then that I couldn't attend at 9:45 am, and asked for a refund. They never responded, and I've disputed the charge with my credit card company.
