1.00I was not able to make it because my uber was 1 hr late and dropped me off at the wrong spot. I was unable to come the time they rescheduled .. they changed my tour time and no one called me back or responded when I told them my Uber driver was late… I expect full refund. It was unfair all around to have to pay and it was not my fault

5.00We absolutely loved our tour of the Prado and Royal Palace of Madrid thanks to our tour guide, Andrea. Her expertise and knowledge was so detailed and brought the paintings and history of Madrid to life with obvious passion for the two buildings. The tour involves a lot of walking but Andrea’s insight and humour kept us entertained and fascinated throughout. It was the perfect way to start our mini break in Madrid, thank you!

5.00Great tour. Eva was so knowledgeable. The walk between the Palace and the Prado was informative. It was great to skip the line at the Palace. We saw the best of the Prado since there is so much to see. I would recommend this tour.
