Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).
Full cancellation applies in the event of No Show.
Price is per car, based on 6 to 12 adults per car/vehicle for Minibus Option
Price is per car, based on 1 to 5 adults per car/vehicle for Standard Option

• Every Airport pickup included 1,5 hours waiting time started from the flight landed time. Example your schedule to arrive at 1:00 PM but the flight delay for 30 minutes and its actually landed at 1:30 PM, so we will start the waiting time from 1:30 PM for 1,5 hours. • Please make sure your phone are active and able to take call, or connect your phone to wifi which is free in Bali Airport and have WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us in case you need longer than 1,5 hours waiting time. • Offset Time is 30 Minutes from Flight Landed. To give you enough time to proceed with immigration and luggages we will set an Offset time 30 Minutes from Flight Landed Time which mean Driver will enter the waiting area 30 minutes after flight landed time.

5.00Our driver was so good, we accidentally took the wrong persons bag🤦♀️ he drove us strait back to the airport for me sorted with a SIM card when my eSIM didn’t work and then checked on us late on the next day to make sure we made it to where we were going 😊

5.00Our driver, Putu, was efficient, polite and most professional. His communication to me about our trip was excellent. The vehicle for the trip was clean and most comfortable. There was a cold bottle of water awaiting to quench our thirst.

5.00We received the contact number to connect with our driver on WhatsApp the day before our arrival. Our driver, Kadek, was patiently waiting for us, holding a sign with my name. He was incredibly kind and courteous. We truly appreciate this service and recommend it.

5.00Perfect experience, connected with the driver via whatsapp the day before my flight, confirmed we had landed, the driver let us know he was waiting for us outside and had a sign prepared. Was easy to find him, made our way the car which was in good condition. Taken directly to the hotel, no drama, no issues. Polite, friendly and good value for money, highly recommended!

5.00I had the pleasure of being picked up from the airport in Bali by Gede Ardika, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met, he was extremely professional, punctual, and warm. After a long flight, it was such a relief to have someone so calm, friendly, and organized handling the transfer. He drove very safely, followed all traffic rules, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the journey to my hotel. What really stood out was how cooperative and helpful he was.
