It was truly a special experience! The sunset from the top of Bukhan Mountain was unbelievably beautiful, and I couldn’t believe we got to hike at that time. Most people hike during the day and leave, but we went in the late afternoon, so there were hardly any other hikers, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere was really nice. As it got darker on the way down, a headlamp was essential, and the guide brought one for us. The guide also made sure we had breaks at the right moments and took care of all the safety details, so I could enjoy the hike without any worries. The hike took about 4 hours, and we walked at a relaxed pace, not in a rush. Afterward, we enjoyed fried chicken and beer with the group, and the only fried chicken shop open at that hour was really delicious. The trail was a bit steep, so make sure to bring shoes that are well-secured, like sneakers or hiking boots!
