Tour will be our traditional Black Cab-LEVC TXE VISTA COMFORT PLUS within full Air-Conditioned & Heating control vehicle. complementary water bottle. Vehicle are fully insured and have full public liability insurance. Our driver & guide are officially recognised by the City of Edinburgh Council. All tours are priced per vehicle which can hold up to 6 passengers. We assured fully safe & secure every tour with bespoke tour, also provide any pick up or drop off in Edinburgh based location, including Air-port transport.

The tour guide will wait 15 minutes at the pickup location for the private tour guest. If the guest does not arrive, it will be considered a NO SHOW.
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
If the cruise ship unable to dock due to weather conditions, we will be able to give a partial refund.

The service was excellent — he was incredibly flexible with our schedule, especially when the kids were tired, and made sure we could adjust our plans comfortably. His driving was very safe and smooth, and he shared lots of interesting and informative details along the way, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

5.00This review is 5 stars because of the customer service, not the tour itself. Unfortunately, our ship was not able to tender to Edinburgh due to weather conditions. We learned of the cancellation only about an hour before our tour was scheduled to start, and we had already paid for the tour. Viator handled this all very professionally and treated me very fairly in refunding what we had paid. We were past the cancellation deadline and grateful for their understanding of the situation. Beyond that issue, the team at Viator did a great job communicating with me from my initial inquiry to letting me know exactly where our guide would meet us. I really wish we could have taken this tour—maybe someday!

5.00Our guide, Saf, was great! He was informative gave us a great overview of the city and captured some great photo spots for us. It’s a great way to start day one of our visit to Edinburgh. It gave us the lay of the land so we can decide where to return to next.
