Take a deep dive into Scottish cuisine in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. You’ll sample some of the most iconic Scottish dishes along with some of our very own 'chubby recommendations' in some of Edinburgh’s favourite eateries, pubs and shops whilst being guided by one of our expert local guides who is a true foodie!

During the experience you'll feast on: World famous Scottish beef, Scotland's national dish (with a twist!) at an iconic pub, A sweet treat with some smokey refreshment from a local institution, A sampling of traditional Scottish cheeses from a famed cheesemonger, A tasting of whisky smoked salmon at an exclusive Whiskey Society paired with a wee dram and a controversial dessert (you will be converted!) from a true local spot/

An absolute delightful experience! Dining at locally owned restaurants was true Edinburgh, Scotland! Experiencing local favorite dishes and locally grown ingredients made the culinary experience amazing! Loved the fresh Vegi’s and that local beef was delicious. Our personal guide John had so much knowledge of the restaurants and city history. He shared the local favorite dishes…beef, oysters, smoked salmon all were fabulous. Thank you for the Introduction and sample of Haggi!! Just when I thought I couldn’t eat anymore, that dessert and whiskey stop was icing to this amazing evening! Thank you!!

We arrived in Edinburgh in the morning and did the 6pm tour. It was a great introduction to Scotish food. The food was amazing and so was our tour guide John. Be gave us lots of recommendations which we intend to use. This is a higher tour but definitely worth every penny.
