5.00Our private tour for our group of 8 (4 adults + 4 teenage daughters) was THE highlight of our whole Panama trip and one of my most favorite days ever! Sorhay is wonderfully kind, fun, and knowledgeable. She put together a fabulous 8 hour itinerary for us after hearing about our interests. We started the day with a wonderful Panamanian breakfast, followed by a beautiful boat trip up a river to a jungle stream. Here we disembarked and waded upstream through the crystal clear water, climbing over little waterfalls along the way. Next we boated on Gatun Lake on the Panama Canal - experienced the enormity of the ships and then found monkeys, birds and other wildlife on the many islands on the lake. We also enjoyed a wonderful late lunch and chocolate tasting back in the city's Casco Viejo area. All along the way, Sorhay told us interesting stories about Panama's history. It was just a wonderful day and I can't recommend Sorhay and her tour company enough!
