5.00Carlos was prompt and gave amazing service. My hotel was not accessible by car so he walked me to the door a few blocks away. Viator: please fix your app. There was no option on the app to set the pick up at the Madrid airport. It defaulted to a hotel pick up only.

1.00We were not picked up at our s he filed time, 7:30am. We had to call a cab and wait. We barely made it to the airport in time and had to run to catch our flight! Terrible experience. I want a full refund!
