5.0This review comes a little late but we did this tour back in December and Zei was AMAZING. She learns/teaches English as her primary job so we were very impressed with her language skills. We also appreciated she let us pick where we wanted to spend more time. She also made the car ride very comfortable and enjoyable by playing very soothing music. Above all, we loved every place we went to and I highly encourage a private tour!

5.0My husband and I booked this experience as Mt. Fuji was on our “must do” list for our visit to Japan. Booking itself was super easy and our wonderful driver/guide, Ali, showed up at the front door of our hotel right on time! He was welcoming and friendly and clearly communicated the plan and expectation for the day. At each stop we had plenty of time to explore on our own and got some interesting info about each place from Ali. He even turned into a photographer to help us capture the experience as a couple. We loved our experience and highly recommend it to others!!

5.0Our guide, Sunny, was on time and knowledgeable of the places we're visiting. Station 5 was closed for some reason, but Sunny still went there to check with us and to see if the closure was lifted and can be accessed, Unfortunately we were instructed to turn around as it is not safe. Overall very good experience. Every place we go was wonderful and informative. Thanks to our guide, Sunny.

4.0Long drive for some stunning views, provided a comfortable car but if your after a more interactive experience language was a bit of a barrier. Driver was polite and knew where he was going well, was also great after a long day to be dropped off at accomodation.
