It started out be a rainy day but by the time we got to the Fujisan, skies became clear. We felt lucky and saw everything we wanted to and ended the day with ice-cream.
The tour is amazing....

The tour is amazing. Amazing driver, very patient as we took lots of pictures and helped us get pictures from every angle. He made sure we were able to see Mt. Fuji from every possible angle even stopped to see it when it poked out of the clouds at the perfect time. I would highly recommend the tour with Rioki as the guide.

We were able to go to Station 4 to view Mount Fuji - closed from 5 to 7. We enjoyed the speedboat at Lake Kawaguchi and had good Indian food at Spice Hut, visited a few other Heritage sights, and climbed up the Pagoda. We had to skip Lake Ashi in Hakone since that would have lengthened the total trip to beyond 10 hours. You do have to negotiate the stops with the driver otherwise you tend to miss key spots you want to see.

Very nice tour that you can customize and go to your own pace. Our driver Busal was very kind and responded to our requests. He also pointed out some interesting places to see and made some recommendations. He took us to a very nice restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately the day was clouded, so we couldn’t see the Fuji, still we enjoyed the excursion and visited the others places included in the itinerary. I recommend this tour to everyone and especially to families.

This review comes a little late but we did this tour back in December and Zei was AMAZING. She learns/teaches English as her primary job so we were very impressed with her language skills. We also appreciated she let us pick where we wanted to spend more time. She also made the car ride very comfortable and enjoyable by playing very soothing music. Above all, we loved every place we went to and I highly encourage a private tour!
