From the initial booking to pick up this process was very smooth. Our ship was late letting us off at the port due to some unexpected issues and communication with tour operator and driver was excellent. They waited for us and were so courteous. I definitely would recommend this- as the airport is a fair distance from the cruise port.

Leaving a ship very early in the morning, with luggage and a 50 minute commute is complicated. This is easy to arrange, a private air conditioned car meets you at the ship departure gate. Costas had my name on a sign, picked me up in the crowd and whisked me to the airport. Door to door service to my airline to make sure I did not miss my flight. Web site was easy to use. Register early so you get the transportation that you need to the airport at the time you need it . Lots of people using this service. Good for families and people traveling solo. I highly recommend this service
