3.00Make sure you get on the II Doge ship, the other one is very poor. We were disappointed that we were no longer allowed to board the ship on the return trip as it was too crowded. You had to wait with small children in very hot temperatures for the next ship. The organization has been chaotic.

4.00Great organization for DE boat trip to Venice. You need to know where to go. At the restaurant at pier 5, there you have to exchange your e-ticket EN for other tickets and wait in DE line for the boat. I read this information in other reviews. If you don't know this, it's a bit of a search I can imagine. Everything went fine with us. DE boat back was full but we were allowed to take EN another boat and this one left fifteen minutes later. Totally fine!

5.00Easy to book online. Next to DE pier is a stand where you can exchange your eticket for a paper ticket. Parking fine arranged.

5.00Round trip to Venice, worked great. The boat was convenient for about 40 minutes drive. The armchairs on the return trip took some getting used to, but DA only about 8 people drove, it was possible.
