  This trip was AMAZING!😍 our Guide was Brian he was very friendly, kind, communicative, & knowledgeable about the history of why certain plants/animals were there along the trail. It’s great having a guide that not only wants to get you to the destination & back but wants to know all about what you do and why you do it! This made the ride very enjoyable and the trip personal, we all talked and laughed the whole time. The hike is definitely tougher than what me and my husband have done, definitely not for 1st times, our if you have a hard time bending and climbing especially because you’ll be wet! It was about 2-3 hours with the hike, waterfalls, and the way back down. A great guide and the amazing view following was worth the effort for us honestly. There were very few people in the area so it was very peaceful, and the weather was just perfect so no waits and pretty much everything on our pace. The bakery Brian took us to afterwards was a 10/10! and definitely needed after the journey. Overall, me and my husband left overly satisfied from this one of a kind experience and will definitely be looking forward to touring with Brian again in the future!

  We booked the Hidden Falls Hike tour. When our tour giude, Andres, arrived to pick us up, he made a quick assessment and advised us against the tour due to its difficulty. He was concerned my wife would have trouble on the rocky trail. Andres described another option which sounded more suitable for my wife and I, but catered more to activities for our teenage grandson. The hike was much easier and the waterfall activies for our grandson were great. They even got the old man to do a few of them. Andres is so personable, knowledgeable and just a great guy to have as a guide.

  This was an unforgettable experience! Our guide Brian was absolutely fantastic – super knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the rainforest. Throughout the hike, he introduced us to various plants and animals, and also shared a lot of insights on environmental sustainability, which made the trip even more meaningful. We started early in the morning, which was perfect because we avoided the crowds and had the trails to ourselves. The hike itself was fun and not too strenuous – suitable for most fitness levels. We got to play on a natural waterslide, jump into crystal-clear pools, and swing on a jungle rope – all surrounded by the stunning beauty of El Yunque. One of my favorite moments was when Brian patiently helped us spot birds in the rain – a magical experience. If you’re visiting Puerto Rico, I highly recommend this tour. You’ll learn a lot, have a great time, and see some of the most beautiful nature the island has to offer!

  Guide was very kind and knowledgeable. Was very happy to help in any way possible and went out of his way to assist those who weren’t as physically capable to handle the hike.

• Technically, difficult trail with waterfall

  This was a technically difficult trail, traversing, mud, rivers, and slippery rocks to a majestic waterfall. Having grippy trail shoes is a must. I would not recommend doing this without a guide because there’s poisonous plants and the trail is very rustic. Our guide, Brian, was knowledgeable took great photos and overall pleasure to have. We also went to a local sandwich shop that had great food. Would recommend.

  Brian our guide was amazing, knowledgeable, supportive & encouraging. Sadly this hike is listed as “easy” but it involved elevation gain, rock scrambling, and stream crossing. As a former hiker I would rate it as “Moderate”. I would never have knowingly put myself and my group in the difficult situation it was for me, if the hike was rated properly. Our guide had to help me with hand holds & support the majority of the way. Was it beautiful? Absolutely. I know my limitations (due to hip injury and bad shoulders), I’m 67 and with health issues. I was looking forward to the “easy” 30 minute hike. This was not that. Would I request Brian as a future guide? 100% yes! But on a different excursion for sure.

  I've been to alot of places and went on alot of tours but this one was top tier! Andre's was the best tour guy I ever meet, he took beautiful pictures of me with my phone with no problem! I was scared to do the rode said I'm be in the water waiting for you! Overall I had the best experience doing this tour! Try it! Bring cash your gonna want to over tip him like we did!

  1)Omg!!!! It was a blast ! We were overwhelmed with excitement the entire trip! Andres was our guide and let me tell you, a review does not do justice for this man (: He is such a sweetheart and full of life! He is very knowledgeably about the atmosphere & made us feel very safe (3 women) myself , my mother and friend! The waterfalls are breathtaking … such an amazing experience for the books! The rock climbing is great….get ready for a mild workout (: &, make sure to wear non slip protective shoes and enjoy this beautiful nature <3 2)We had an incredible experience with Andres as our tour guide in Puerto Rico. From the moment we started, he made us all feel very safe, and his personality was simply wonderful. Andres has a unique attention to detail and a deep appreciation for nature, which made the tour truly special. His knowledge of the rainforest was impressive, and the way he guided us through the excursion made it the best we’ve experienced in Puerto Rico. If you’re planning to book this excursion, be sure to request Andres—you won’t regret it!
