Tour was on time. Everything went according to description and as described. The boat tour was also really good. Sonia, our tour operator was incredible. She explained things very thoroughly.

I’m so glad we payed to have someone take us out. You could do the actual tour of the rhine falls without a guide but being able to hope on a bus, enjoy the scenery, and learn from people who have lived in Switzerland and can tell you their secrets. Also this place has the best souvenir shop ever!
