1.00Don't book a Northern Lights tour with this company!!! I am extremelydissatisfied with this compay's service. I did notseeNorthern Lightsand the conoany is refusing to refund me. They are also being untruthful by saying that I was told in advance abput the change in itinerary. Ultimately, we were driven for hours, to Sweden, as it was raining in Finland. The driver admitted the conditions were terrible. The tour should have been cancelled. However, the driver made guests stand and his secialwd camera could pick up a green hueabove them,which was not discernible to the naled eye. I refused to pose for a 2nd round of hoax shots. This experience was gorrendous and the company refusing to refund is a complete disgrace and disrespect for customrs. A truely terrible experience with Arktictopia!!!! Don't book a Northern Lights tour with this company!!!

5.00Our guide was great, he contacted us the day before our planned tour (due to do tour on Saturday night) to say that the forecast was heavy cloud so it looked very unlikely that we would see the lights and could we do the tour on Friday night instead as there was a much better chance. Even though we only landed from our flight at 2am (!!), he met us at our hotel after we got our taxi from the airport and took us straight out to try and see the lights before they weakened and disappeared! We were so lucky to get to see them and we were very grateful for our guides' flexibility and commitment to getting us the best chance! Would 100% recommend, our guide was very passionate and knowledgeable about the northern lights and it was overall a fantastic experience!

5.00On the day, the sky in Rovaniemi was cloudy and I was prepared that it might be difficult to see the aurora, but our guide kept driving tirelessly without giving up, and we were able to see a beautiful aurora and a sky full of stars like I had never seen before! We also saw many shooting stars. I was happy they took so many wonderful photos. The pickup time was changed to match the sky conditions, but they kept in frequent contact, which put me at ease. Thank you so much!

Kristaps also helped us set up our cameras and took stunning professional photos, making sure we had unforgettable memories captured. His energy, storytelling, and warmth made the cold night feel magical. 5.00Amazing experience! He didn’t give up until we were able to see the northern lights and for that he traveled hours and long kilometers while we were cozy in the car. We even saw wild reindeers! He took pictures of us and then he offered us hot tea and biscuits. It was a real treat! Thank you so much

Moreover he worked to find areas to see the auroras and succeeded and took lots of amazing photos of us with the lights in the background. He also gave a lot of interesting facts about them. This was a tour with this company that was well worth it.Thankyou

5.00I really recommend the tour because it is great for both the personality of the guide and the tour content. We were able to contact them in advance via the What's app, and they responded quickly, giving us peace of mind before the tour. The whole organisation was really good and the people were soo nice and they try their best to give you unforgettable moments... It was a truly amazing experience that I will never forget. I was happy to see so many photos taken, one by one, as a group. Also, one of my friends dropped a bag of valuables at the final point, and they took about an hour to get back to the point and look for the bag together, and I am really grateful that they found it safe. He was a lovely guide, smiling and kind all the way, even though it was much later than the scheduled end time.

5.00Arktictopia team full filled our dream to have an experience of an amazing Aurora, Korouoma waterfall & Authentic Husky Safari ride. Everything was sorted out properly & organised so we were able to enjoy the activities with the peace of mind. The guides were very professional, expereinced & amazingly friendly. We had one of the best expernice of life in Lapland thanks to Arktictopia. I would definietly recommned this comapny to those who are looking for an authentic, raw & real expereince of Lapland.
