Sardinian Chef Luisa Dore, who has years of Michelin restaurant experience, invites you to her beautiful home in the buzzing port district of Leith, Edinburgh. In the relaxed setting of the chef's Edinburgh home, dine on an array of Italian canapés, followed by an 8-course tasting menu inspired by her family's Sardinian cooking traditions and recipes.
In the perfect setting for a true supper club experience, hear about the places and cultures that influenced Luisa's dishes and recipes.

Hailing from the Italian island of Sardinia, your host Luisa has spent some 18 years working in hospitality; moving to Edinburgh three years ago after managing Michelin Star restaurants in England. Having always dreamed of opening her own restaurant, the supper club trend realised a more affordable option for Luisa - starting ‘Scotland Meets Sardinia’ in her home two year ago.

This was a unique and wonderful dinner. This is a dinner in the chef's home, with communal tables. The food was delicious and Louisa explained each course. We were joined by a solo American traveler and enjoyed excellent food and company.

Beginning to end it was a wonderful meal by a fabulous chef. Would definitely recommend her. She made us feel welcome.
